This portrait is Ibrahim’s attempt to copy one of his earlier paintings. (He knew we bought that one…) And when we picked it up, we talked to Ibrahim about copying his paintings, explaining to him that we want unique paintings only!

Why are we still selling this?!? Because even though he attempted to copy it, he didn’t quite match up to the original. So we thought this kind of underlines that each painting you buy here is in fact an unique work! We couldn’t copy one ourselves, even if we tried!
